These are not greasy little bread shells, they are showstopping, artisanal cheese treats made with whole milk mozzarella and all-natural ingredients. They have a great flavor without overpowering seasoning, making them perfect for a wide variety of cuisines. Serve them over brisket with BBQ sauce, plate them with chili sauce and green onions - heck, stick ‘em on a cheesesteak hoagie - we don’t make the rules, just the logs!
